Account Set-Up
Our team at US Gateway assists you with creating new relationships with our drug testing laboratories, to help you widen your drug testing network. Through our laboratory partnerships, we ensure your company is set up with the best drug testing network available to ensure your customers and clients always have the closest nearby testing options, speedy results, and unlimited testing support. Our teams creates for our customers the laboratory and medical review officer (MRO) relationships and we offers a one-stop solution for excellence in customer service.
Ordering a Drug Test
Through the US Gateway full laboratory integrations, you are able to order instant urine drug testing, lab based urine drug testing, oral fluid drug testing, hair drug testing and breath alcohol testing. Both DOT and Non-DOT options are available. We offer these integrations for ordering a drug test through eScreen, Quest Diagnostics, Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL) and Labcorp. Once you login to the US Gateway Platform, you can or your client can order a drug test based on the type of type of test needed, the laboratory with availability, the type of collection site, or based on the location the collection site closest to the employee's or client's zip code. Conveniently, your clients will also receive access to the US Gateway client platform so that they can log in directly to order their own drug testing and manage results, 24/7!
Status Reports and Test Results
In the US Gateway platform and client platform, you or your clients can easily view the status of all pending drug test results such as when a collection is completed, when a specimen arrives at the lab for testing, when lab testing is completed, when results are pending MRO review and most importantly, when results are completed and reported. Once a drug test result has been reported as positive or negative, you and your clients are able to view the results (online in the platform, via email, or by downloading and saving from the platform). The platform will also store the Chain-of-Custody form (CCF) associated with that drug test and can also store any other associated documentation. All drug and/or alcohol results are stored in your US Gateway account indefinitely.
