Also known as e-CCF, electronic ordering is a process for drug testing which involves no paper. The traditional 5-part custody and control form (CCF) goes away. A test is ordered in the US Gateway portal by the TPA/CRA or directly by the TPA/CRA customer. The US Gateway system finds a collection facility anywhere in the United States based on the zip code entered for the donor to be tested. An order form is then created for the donor to bring into the local collection site.
Electronic ordering or e-CCF orders are available with our various laboratory networks including: Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers (PSC), Quest Diagnostics preferred Provider Network (PPN) LabCorp Patient Service Centers (PSC) and facilities working in the FormFox system utilizing Clinical Reference Labs (CRL). This provides for nationwide coverage for drug testing.
You may also be collecting your own specimens in your own facility or mobile onsite collections. In this case we highly recommend you contact FormFox for the ability to process eCCF, the electronic collection method with no paper CCF forms.

Accounting efficiency is vital when managing any number of clients. US Gateway has created a way to eliminate a full billing department! Why manually invoice and mail paper statements to your clients when you can automatically process your client’s payment method (that are stored on file) for services rendered during the allotted billing cycle?
With US Gateway, you’re receiving a fully integrated financial billing module that connects directly to a Cloud Point of Sale (POS) System, Quickbooks Online and your merchant account.
Customize your billing module to suit the needs of your business with the ability to process payments in real time, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually! Depending on your billing cycle, invoices will be created automatically in Quickbooks Online using data and reporting from the POS system, which connects to US Gateway. On your designated billing day, invoices automatically created will be charged to your client’s payment method / credit card. Once the payment is successful, the invoice is automatically marked paid in Quickbooks Online and an itemized receipt is emailed to your client and stored in their cloud-based portal forever, for the client to view at any time. If any payments are unsuccessful and decline, you will receive a report of these as well.
US Gateway is a repository for sales reporting. Data is extracted from a Cloud Point of Sale (POS) System and generated in a custom report where the following information is visible in live time:
With US Gateway, you will have the ability to set up a payment updater & updating tool through Authorize.net. Through our partnership with authorize.net, we are able to have our system run a monthly report of all credit cards on file and report back with a list of all valid vs invalid (invalid or expired) payment methods. If the client’s payment method is unsuccessful in being charged, an automated email is sent to them requesting they update their payment information.
Credit card data stored in the reporting section is available for client follow-up and maintenance purposes. This is especially beneficial for monthly invoicing so that you are able to contact clients to receive valid and updated credit card information before charging their card for open invoices. This is also a benefit for when charging credit cards for annual membership fees each year so that you are able to contact clients to receive valid and updated credit card information for annual fees.
Using the US Gateway system, service providers and others can also offer to customers additional Occupational Medical Services. These can include breath alcohol testing (eBAT), DOT physicals (eDOT Physical), titers and QuantiFERON testing.
